Over the last week support for Sava’s unique vocational way of becoming a residential surveyor has grown with many glowing testimonials on LinkedIn.

e.surv, one of the largest residential surveying companies in the UK, has offered roles to several Sava graduates and this week Matthew Siddons, e.surv’s Talent Acquisition Manager said on LinkedIn:

“I am seeing lots of positive candidates who have completed Sava, keep up the good work guys. #LoveSurveying #loveoflearning #learnlearnlearn”

James Quinn, the managing director of Gooch & Burley, a surveying firm in the South West, has also recently taken on a new Sava graduate as their latest employee, and also commented on LinkedIn with:

‘Welcome Harry. G&B Surveyors first Graduate trainee Surveyor! By the end of the year we will have 12 Surveyors in total working across the Midlands, South West and Wales. #lovesurveying #sava #rics’

Everyone at Sava was delighted to hear that Ewa Wolska recently qualified. Some learners always leave a lasting memory and Ewa was one of those ladies. We aim to pair learners up with mentors and she went to Michael Holden Chartered Surveyors shortly after starting her Diploma two years ago. They were so impressed with her she is now continuing to work there following graduation. Michael Holden says:

“I am very, very proud to announce that Ewa (one of our graduates/ mentees) has just been informed that she has passed her Sava Course including the valuation module and is due to now shortly progress to Assoc RICS status. Ewa came along to our practice 2 years ago as a Sava mentee with a residential survey and valuation specialism, hers was a non-cognate route and Ewa has shown extraordinary determination and courage to complete her training balancing this with raising a young family. Sava has provided her with excellent training and it means that she will be able to work with our practice at a much higher level. Well done Ewa, thank you Sava. #rics #lovesurveying”

Ewa was congratulated by many people, including Ben Hamilton, Regional Account Manager for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who said:

“Congratulations Ewa! It’s great to hear that the Sava course is doing so well and bringing highly skilled candidates through to AssocRICS!”
