As an Accredited Snagging Surveyor for Knott Brothers you will travel around your region inspecting new build properties for defects (“snags”). We have developed a structured process and an app-based reporting tool to assist you in completing the majority of the report on-site and delivering a high quality service to clients every time. The role is ideal for a methodical person with an eye for detail.
You will undertake surveys for properties that are pre-completion and post-completion, for our diverse client base. Our office will manage the client booking, communication, survey scheduling and diary management for you, so that you can focus on undertaking surveys and generating reports.
