• JRV Surveys – opportunity for a qualified surveyor in the North of England

  

  
  JRV Surveys have a new opportunity within the North of England for a qualified Surveyor to join the team. We offer RICS Home Surveys and RICS Valuations across the North West of England and the head office is based in Altrincham(WA14). The area which you will cover will depend on your home address and local knowledge. You will be able to complete your reports from home and will have the option to use our office as and when required.

  The role would involve managing your own diary, undertaking detailed survey inspections of residential properties, and completing comprehensive reports. We are looking for a qualified candidate (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS) who should have excellent IT skills, strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills (people person).

• TJC Surveyors – seeking a newly qualified RICS Residential Surveyor and Valuer or Sava learner nearing completion of their surveying diploma

  

  
  TJC Surveyors are a family run, RICS regulated surveying practice, specialising in residential building surveys. We undertake RICS Home Surveys (Level 1, 2 and 3), Red Book Valuations, Energy Performance Certificates and floor plans. We are looking for a newly qualified RICS Residential Surveyor and Valuer to join our team.

  You must be a current AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS member or alternatively 90% of the way through the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. You must hold a clean, valid UK driving licence.

  Responsibilities will include:

  • RICS Level 2 surveys and valuations
  • Desktop research for home surveys
  • File set-ups for Red Book valuations
  • Proofreading home surveys
  • Communicating effectively with clients
  • Building relationships with referrers
  • Involvement with the day to day business.

  Salary:
  £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Building Surveyor with VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) accreditation to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing professional building surveying services, managing projects, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  
  Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field OR a Sava graduate holding the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

  • VRS Accreditation: Must hold VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) accreditation.

• Websters Surveyors – looking for someone in the first stages of their Sava surveying diploma to fill a surveyor support role in Finchley

  Websters Surveyors are looking to employ someone in the first stages of their Sava diploma for a surveyor support role, based initially at our Finchley office.

  We are young, dynamic and making waves. Websters Surveyors was launched in 2019, a brand name for Sawyer Fielding which was launched in 2013. Though most of our team split their time between the two brands, it is almost entirely Websters Surveyors that we are looking for someone for. The role has specifically been designed for someone who is in the first stages of Sava, taking into account the time and flexibility you will need to complete your qualification.
  
  You will be involved with:

  1. Providing quotations by e-mail for Surveys and Red Book valuations, including dealing with in-bound calls from potential clients (estimated 30-40% of time)
  2. Desktop research for Home Surveys
  3. File set ups for Red Book valuations
  4. Proofreading Home Surveys
  5. Accompanying/shadowing colleagues on Home Surveys and/or valuations (at least once a month guaranteed).

  
  You may also be involved with some sales progression for our other brand Sawyer Fielding, which involves liaising with solicitors, estate agents and clients.

  Our growth in instructions and quotes for Surveys in particular has increased by around 50% year on year in the last four years. There is a very strong chance that by the time you qualify we will simply offer you a position as a qualified Surveyor.
