Understanding Fire Safety in Residential Property.

This qualification covers the principles and practice of fire safety management in residential property.  Learners will understand the basic legal framework and powers of enforcement agencies, as well as basic control measures used to mitigate the risk posed by the threat of fire. Learner will also look at safety and means of escape, fire risk assessment and how building design and construction impact on fire safety.
