New Sava integration good news for M3Vision users.
Asset Management System, M3Vision, now integrates with Sava Intelligent Energy, the leading software for energy calculation, analysis and improvement planning in housing. This integration enables joint customers to seamlessly interrogate energy efficiency data alongside a range of other housing stock data to inform and enhance improvement planning.
Energy efficiency data plays a crucial role in both the private rented and social rented sector, with properties that are more energy efficient usually having more affordable bills for tenants. The UK’s Net Zero ambitions, coupled with a focus on tenant experience, has prompted a renewed focus on energy efficiency as housing providers aspire to achieve band C and above across their housing stock.
Simon Davis, Director at M3, creators of M3Vision, commented:
“The main benefit for our clients is the ability to view their energy data in real time. Unlike static EPCs, which can be up to 10 years old, using up-to-date data provides a more accurate understanding of a property’s energy performance.
“Additionally, by storing data in Vision, we can use Sava to run various ‘what-if’ scenarios, such as modelling specific energy efficiency improvements or finding the most cost-effective way to achieve a Band C rating for all properties. All of this is done in a visually appealing and user-friendly interface!”
Colette Jones, Relationship Director (Energy) at Sava, added:
“The integration between M3Vision and Sava Intelligent Energy is positive news for both joint and potential customers. With the two systems working together, housing providers will have easy access to their housing stock’s energy efficiency data directly from their Asset Management System, enabling them to create improvement plans to inform their overall capital programme and, on a wider scale, drive their net zero goals.”
