NES announces Austin Baggett as managing director.
National Energy Services, the leading accreditation scheme for energy professionals, today announced the appointment of Austin Baggett as managing director.
Austin was previously deputy managing director and has been involved in all aspects of the business since he joined the company in 2001. Commenting on his appointment, Austin said:
“I am delighted to be leading NES at this time when so many new initiatives to tackle the energy efficiency of UK buildings are being introduced. NES’ unique success over many years is based on its unique role of working with this industry to continually raise standards and in providing first class training, software and technical support for our customers. I am committed to ensuring that NES plays a fuller part as possible in the Green Deal scheme and ensuring our customers are able to take advantage of the commercial opportunities that transforming the UK building stock will bring.”
Austin takes over from Brian Scannell who, after 15 years as managing director, is taking up a new policy and compliance role within the Kingfisher Group.
