  Come and work with Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd. as a Residential Building Surveyor. We are a thriving, multi-disciplinary Building Surveying company based in South Yorkshire, with an excellent reputation and with plans to grow and serve the wider Yorkshire, Humber, and North of England.

  The residential surveyor will be AssocRICS or MRICS as a minimum, or close to qualification. VRS is desired but not essential. The role will include undertaking the following regular instructions: Snagging Inspections, Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys on a wide range of property types. Focusing on quality over quantity, we only request surveyors to undertake 5 instructions per week, with an optional ‘opt in’ scheme for overtime and commission. Opportunity for development, further qualification and specialism will also be explored.

  Prime Property Surveyors Limited are a RICS-regulated surveying practice based in Newcastle upon Tyne, specialising in residential building surveys. We undertake RICS Home Surveys (Level 2 and 3), New Build Snagging Surveys, Red Book Valuations and Energy Performance Certificates. We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join our team.

  Ideally, the candidate will be a member of a professional organisation, holding either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS or MCIOB or MCABE. We would also speak with any Sava students who are 80% of the way through the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

  We offer quality over quantity in terms of our surveys, we do not use a points-based system, but usually undertake one survey per day.

  Salary:
  £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Building Surveyor with VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) accreditation to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing professional building surveying services, managing projects, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  
  Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field OR a Sava graduate holding the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
  • Professional Membership: MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent.
  • VRS Accreditation: Must hold VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) accreditation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in building surveying, with a strong track record of managing diverse projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and construction methods.
