It can be a real challenge to become a residential surveyor and member of RICS. Although routes to membership exist, they are usually designed for people with university degrees. If you want to further your career but a university degree is not an option,Sava is offering a new qualification to address this problem.

The Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation is a level 6 qualification (equivalent to a degree level). You will gain direct entry to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) as an Associate member (AssocRICS) once you have completed the RICS ethics module and will also be eligible to join the Sava Scheme to produce the Home Condition Survey (HCS).

Sava has more than a decade of experience in training and accrediting residential surveyors and has created this new qualification to address the shortage of RICS registered residential surveyors and valuers .

The qualification is recognised by both RICS and top employers and will give you an excellent start and the specialist knowledge you need to build a successful career in surveying and valuation.
