Nottingham February 2021 Intake Starts.
The Nottingham 2021 intake started their training on the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation this week. Training is still being delivered via our Virtual Classroom but we hope to be back to face-to-face training as soon as we can.
It’s fantastic to see that 35% of the intake are women.
The surveying profession offers a flexible and varied career for both men and women, yet only 14% of RICS members are female. We are always keen to bring diversification into the industry so have been disappointed to see in the past that our intakes generally follow 14% being women. This leap to 35% is promising and we hope it is the start of an increase of the number of women into the surveying world.
