Why you need this
There is a clear and proven link between mould, house dust mites and state of health. The limiting factor for the populations of both is dampness. If tenants or their representatives can show a dwelling has unacceptably high levels of dampness, the landlord will be vulnerable to legal challenge. The decisions we take as housing professionals affect people’s lives.
