The Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation was recently featured in the RICS Property Journal. It confirms the support the course has received from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since its launch in 2014. The course is currently the only vocational route into the Residential Surveying and Valuation industry. So if you want to become a Surveyor without going to university it is a fantastic option.
