RPSA – Residential Property Surveyors Association.

Whilst the RPSA is mostly a trade association for independent residential surveyors, it also publishes standards and lobbies for improvements in the process of buying homes.

The Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) is a representative body for independent residential surveyors. These surveyors mostly undertake condition surveys on residential properties on behalf of home buyers.

Membership of the RPSA can be complementary to other accreditations, such as the RICS or CABE, since their standards match those promoted elsewhere in residential surveying.

The RPSA provides commercial and technical advice to its members, and also runs a surveying panel, providing work to its members through links it has with organisations who commission condition surveys.
