Property Risk Case Study – Landslip.
Based on a real claim against a surveyor, this case study looks at a landslip, where part of a garden slipped into a neighbouring property’s garden. It demonstrates the need to be aware of risks that ‘may’ occur in the future, being mindful of the increased chance of extreme weather events caused by climate change.
