I clicked forgotten password but have not received an email?
Check the email address you log in with, this is where the email will go. Sometimes the log in email address on NES one was altered slightly to include a ‘1’ if you already had an account on NES one, if you were a DEA for instance. If you need your login email address needs to be updated to an email address you have access to, please contact support@sava.co.uk.
