Self-Paced Building Surveying Qualifications.

Improving social housing through training and skills development

Improving skills to create warm, safe, desirable homes for the future

Sava has developed a new range of qualifications covering the major skills gaps for social landlords, focused on ‘bricks and mortar’ skills.

The qualifications are delivered online to provide flexibility, accessibility and to be cost effective. They are all self-paced so that individuals can go at their own speed.

The qualifications are modular and stackable. This means you can undertake a range of Level 4 awards and ‘stack’ them to create a Level 4 certificate. Achievement of a certificate will lead to membership of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), ensuring professional endorsement.

The modules are developed using content from our industry-recognised Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

Managing housing effectively requires a comprehensive understanding of construction, building materials performance, and how external influences impact properties and residents. Without this core knowledge, we can’t keep residents warm, dry and safe.
